Angelite is a very soft stone and a variety of Anhydrite. This means that is can be scratched easily and will convert to gypsum when wet making it brittle and causing a colour change for this reason It should not be exposed to water. If you would like to clean your angelite stone, use a soft, dry cloth and to cleanse energetically, consider smoke cleansing, intention, sound cleansing, moonlight or using cleansing crystals such as selenite or quartz for example as opposed to water cleansing.
