Apophyllite is great for regulating energy, releasing stress and tenston while calming nerves and encoraging relaxation. It is a high vibrational crystal that helps to improve mental clarity and spiritual connections. Some people may feel a buzzing sensation when holding this crystal due to this, I know I do! Apophyllite should not be exposed to bright direct sunlight or water for prolonged periods; this may damage the crystal. If you would like to clean this crystal, use a soft, dry cloth or brush and if you like to cleanse and charge your crystals, consider smoke cleansing, intention, sound cleansing, burying in rice, moonlight or using cleansing crystals such as selenite or quartz for example as opposed to water cleansing and charging them in the sun.
